As Frieze Week wraps up, it's hard to believe how fast it all went! The city was buzzing with art fairs, galleries private views, after parties, museum openings, and exclusive VIP events— and we’re incredibly proud to have worked behind the scenes, collaborating with some of the most exciting art fairs in town. From large-scale events to intimate gatherings, our platform adapted to each event’s needs, enhancing the experience for both organisers and attendees.

We had the pleasure of supporting Frieze London & Frieze Masters, that brought together contemporary artworks and historical masterpieces. As one of the largest fairs, Frieze required a high level of coordination for VIP access at the fairs and ARTSVP’s streamlined booking ensured that thousands of guests had a smooth experience getting their pass.
Beyond managing VIP access to the fair, we helped handled bookings for the entire VIP events programme. From curated tours to exclusive dinners, Frieze Music events, and more, we ensured that every VIP guest was accommodated with ease, coordinating their access across multiple venues.

At 1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair, held at Somerset House and celebrating the rich diversity of artists from Africa and the diaspora, ARTSVP provided galleries with individual exhibitor portals. This gave galleries complete control over their invitations, allowing them to send personalised invites directly to clients, track who had RSVP'd, and customise communication, offering a personal touch to their client relationships.

Meanwhile, Minor Attractions at The Mandrake Hotel presented a different kind of challenge. This intimate, experimental show, with exhibitors showcasing avant-garde works in private hotel rooms, required a more bespoke approach to guest management. By using ARTSVP in-built scanners at the front desk, exhibitors were able to know that their guests had arrived. This system, combined with our management of public free tickets, helped grow the audience while keeping the experience fluid and efficient.

Lastly, for Focus Art Fair, held at Saatchi Gallery and dedicated to emerging and mid-career artists, we crafted a fully customised, branded ticketing page. This bespoke solution not only offered a sleek, easy-to-use booking interface but also ensured that every interaction, from initial booking to check-in, felt professional and uniquely tailored to the event.

Frieze Week was a thrilling ride, and we couldn’t be prouder to have worked with such fantastic clients once again. As London’s art calendar winds down, we’re already looking forward to the next stop: Paris!
