We started working with art fairs over a year ago, and have been incrementally refining the offering to fit their needs. Initially designed to make booking simple, especially when time slots are required, ARTSVP now helps fairs manage invited guests, sell tickets and simplifies the front of house experience. We feel very proud of ARTSVP's growth and couldn't have done it without the feedback loop our clients provide.

How is ARTSVP helping art fairs?
ARTSVP has gone from the simple idea of making it easier to RSVP to gallery events to work hand in hand with some of the worlds largest art fairs to deliver fast and reliable tools through a simple and easy to use interface.
Personalised booking experience
ARTSVP provides the possibility to generate VIP invites with unique invite links, through our UI or via API for members logging into their dashboard. This is a great chance to streamline the booking process for your guests and maintain a personal touch. There many other things you can do via the invite links features, such as:
- Lock Invites to specific guests, which means that invites can't be forwarded and can only be booked by the invited guest.
- Generate Golden Invites for last minutes changes and requests. Golden invites ignore availability.
- Set up Multi use Invites, to provide partners and exhibitors with an easy way to invite their own guests and track subsequent bookings (e.g. provide each exhibitor with invite links that can be used multiple times).
- Use Waitlist Invites, to let people register interest and confirm attendees. This is a great solution to stay in total control of the who can attend an oversubscribed event.
- Upload a CVS file to generate a large amount of personalised invites.
- Add meta data to invites to maintain consistent data flow. This meta data is subsequently passed to any bookings originating from the invite.
