What is a credit?
Credits are the currency behind your event bookings. Each guest booked uses 1 credit. Activating a portal for an exhibitor uses 150 credits. Sending invites is always free.
How do free guests work?
Every plan includes free guest bookings each month. For example, Pro includes 100 free guests per month β your first 100 guest bookings each cycle won't cost any credits. Once you've used your free allowance, additional guests are charged from your credit balance. The allowance resets each billing cycle. Purchased credits are separate and never expire.
How much does a credit cost?
Credit pricing depends on your currency and volume. Standard rate is Β£0.49 / $0.49 / β¬0.49 per credit. Bulk purchases receive automatic discounts β the more you buy, the cheaper each credit becomes.
Are invites free?
Yes. You can send unlimited invites at no cost. Credits are only used when a guest actually books β so you're charged for confirmed value, not outreach.
How does the free trial work?
Pro and Expert include a 30-day free trial on the subscription fee β you won't be charged for the plan until the trial ends. Your free ticket allowance and credit balance work as normal during the trial.
What is a Portal?
A portal is a dedicated workspace for an exhibitor or partner to manage their own invites and guest list β isolated from the rest of your organisation. Portal activation is a one-time credit charge.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and Stripe handles any proration automatically.
