A few things you might be wondering
Your allowance counts the people who confirm a place at your event. If you invite 300 people and 85 RSVP yes, you’ve used 85 guest bookings. Sending the invitations doesn’t use up that allowance.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of guest bookings. Once you’ve used it, each additional guest uses one credit. You can top up with credit packs from your Billing page, so a busy opening or art fair week doesn’t mean changing your plan.
More about billing and credits ↗Yes. On Pro and Expert, you can send personal invitations to selected guests and keep your event private. You can also ask guests to register interest and approve their requests before confirming a place.
Yes. Your team works from one shared guest list, with invitations, replies and check-ins together. Team members can welcome guests from a phone or tablet; Pro and Expert also include QR scanning.
You can export contacts and attendance as CSV files to use in other systems. Expert includes API access and webhooks for teams that want to connect their tools directly.
Yes. The Free plan includes event pages, guest lists and 50 confirmed guest bookings a month, with no card required. Pro and Expert also offer a 7-day trial so you can explore their invitation and branding tools.
