A city for a week

For one week a year, your fair is a small city. Exhibitors, collectors, press and thousands of visitors, all arriving at once – and you’ll know every one of them.

ARTSVP brings your VIP programme, exhibitor invitations, public ticketing and the door together, so VIP relations, the box office and front of house all work from the same live list.

Your identity, end to end

Your fair, in every guest’s pocket.

Collectors meet your fair on their phones long before they reach the door. Every step carries your name: the invitation, a booking page in your colours, Apple Pay at checkout and the pass in their Wallet.

  1. 01 · Invitation Expert

    Invited on WhatsApp or email

Personal invitations arrive by email and, on Expert, on WhatsApp too (falling back to SMS), each with a button straight to the guest’s invitation.

  2. 02 · Booking page Pro

    On-brand event pages

Your colours and fonts on every booking and invitation page, and deeper CSS customisation on Expert, so it reads as part of your own website.

  3. 03 · Payment Every plan

    Apple Pay checkout

Apple Pay and Google Pay switch on by themselves once your Stripe account can take payments, and tickets and extras are paid straight into it.

  4. 04 · Wallet pass Every plan

    Apple Wallet integration

Guests add their tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in a tap. On Expert, design the pass itself: colours, logo, strip image and every field, front and back.

Exhibitor portals Expert

Give every exhibitor a door of their own.

Each gallery, sponsor or press partner gets a private portal to invite their own guests, from an allocation you set. They keep control of their list. You keep the overview.

  • Allocations per exhibitor, for one event or across the whole programme
  • Exhibitors invite by hand, by CSV or from their own contacts, or share a booking link capped at their allocation
  • Their lists stay private until a guest confirms, then land on yours marked “Guest of…”
  • Email and WhatsApp alerts the moment their guests book and arrive
  • Requests for more places and messages to every exhibitor, in one shared inbox
  • Exhibitors join with a free account, and their guests are covered by your plan

Questions fairs ask us

Frequently asked questions.

Which plan does our fair need?

Pro covers invitation-only previews, timed public tickets, approvals and QR scanning at every door. Choose Expert when exhibitors invite their own guests. Exhibitor portals, programme collections, custom booking questions, WhatsApp invitations, your own Wallet pass design and the API are Expert features.

Compare every plan ↗
How do exhibitor portals work?

You create a portal for each exhibitor and set their allocation, for one event or across a whole programme. The exhibitor claims it with a free account, then invites guests by hand, by CSV or from their own contacts, or shares a booking link capped at their allocation.

Their invitations stay private until a guest confirms. Every confirmed guest appears on your list, marked with the exhibitor who invited them, and exhibitors are alerted by email and WhatsApp when their guests book and arrive.

Exhibitors and allocations ↗
What does a portal cost?

Each portal uses 150 credits, once, when the exhibitor connects it. Guests an exhibitor brings count towards your plan like any other booking; the exhibitor pays nothing. Four months after activation a portal becomes read-only: links already shared keep working until the allocation is used, and its guest list stays readable.

Billing and credits ↗
How far does our branding go?

On Pro and Expert, your colours and fonts carry through every booking and invitation page, at your fair’s own address on artsvp.com (meridianartfair.artsvp.com, say). Expert goes further: deeper CSS styling set up with our team, and your own design for tickets and Apple and Google Wallet passes, with your colours, logos, images and fields.

Emailed and printed PDF tickets keep the standard layout, and a small “Powered by ARTSVP” stays at the foot of each page.

Branding ↗
Can guests pay with Apple Pay?

Yes, on every plan. Apple Pay and Google Pay switch on by themselves: once your Stripe account can take payments, the buttons appear at checkout on the phones and browsers that support them. Every payment goes straight into your own Stripe account.

Stripe and payouts ↗
Can invitations go out on WhatsApp?

Yes, on Expert. When an invitation is sent, the same invitation can be texted over WhatsApp, falling back to SMS if WhatsApp can’t deliver, with a button that opens the guest’s invitation. It needs the guest’s mobile number with its country code, and our team sets it up with you.

On Pro, you can copy any guest’s personal invitation link and share it on WhatsApp yourself.

Automations ↗
Can we run several entrances at once?

Yes. Create a scanner for each door and choose which events it scans. It’s a link that opens on any phone, with no staff login. Check-ins sync live across every door, and you can see which scanner admitted each guest. Check-in needs an internet connection; Expert adds codeREADr handsets that keep scanning offline.

Setting up scanners ↗
Can visitors come back on a multi-day pass?

Yes. Mark a ticket as Multiple Entry and it scans on every visit. Single Entry tickets are refused on a second scan, with “Already entered” shown at the door.

Tickets, passes and access ↗
Will ARTSVP work with our CRM or ticketing system?

Every guest list, attendance report and sales report exports to CSV on every plan. Expert adds the REST API and webhooks for bookings and events, and custom booking questions to capture what your CRM needs.

The ARTSVP API ↗
What is ONE Pass?

A free personal pass that gathers a visitor’s ARTSVP tickets behind one QR code, in their Apple or Google Wallet, made for weeks when the same collectors move between a fair, its satellites and the galleries in town. ONE Pass is on by default, and Pro and Expert can switch it off.

About ONE Pass ↗
Can we try it before we commit?

Pro and Expert both include a 7-day free trial. For a fair, we’d suggest a short demo first: we’ll help you map your previews, tiers, exhibitors and doors onto ARTSVP before you set anything up.

Doors open soon
