ONE Pass is a reusable guest pass that works across participating ARTSVP events. Instead of a fresh ticket QR for every event, a guest carries one pass and scans it wherever ONE Pass is accepted — a natural fit for fair weeks and programmes where the same audience attends many events.
How it works
- With ONE Pass enabled for your organisation, guests can add their tickets to their ONE Pass after booking.
- At the door, guests present their ONE Pass; scanning it checks them in to your event exactly like scanning the event ticket would.
- The pass stays with the guest across events, so returning guests already have it on their phone.
One thing to be aware of: ONE Pass does not book a guest into an event or bypass its access rules. The guest still needs a valid booking or ticket for each event they attend.

The organisation switch Pro & Expert
ONE Pass is enabled by default, and works on every plan. The organisation-level switch — whether your guests can add tickets to their pass at all — lives under Settings → Info; only changing it is gated to Pro and Expert.
