Collections Overview

A fair week is rarely one event, and neither is a season. A collection groups several events under one banner: guests get one page and one invitation, and pick the events they want, while each event inside keeps its own tickets, capacity, and guest list. The events must exist before you add them — a collection is a wrapper, not a replacement for event setup.

What a collection gives you

  • One public page listing the events, in the order you choose, designed with the landing page designer.
  • One public link (and QR code) when the collection is public; trackable collection links work like booking links and can also open a private collection.
  • One invitation covering every event in the collection; invited guests pick the events they want.
  • A combined guest list across every event in the collection, with search, filters, and downloads.
  • Visibility per collection: Public or Private. A private collection has no general public link or QR code — reach it with a personal invitation or a collection booking link instead.

Tickets, availability, and booking settings still belong to each event; edit the event when you need to change them.
