Custom Domains

All plans

Your public pages live on your organisation’s own ARTSVP subdomain — an address like yourgallery.artsvp.com. The subdomain comes from your organisation’s username, which ARTSVP assigns when the organisation is created, and every event and collection page sits under it. Each booking link you create adds its own custom slug to that address, so the links you share stay recognisably yours.

Linking from your own website works exactly as you would expect: point to your ARTSVP subdomain wherever a visitor should book. One thing to be aware of: ARTSVP does not offer a self-service option for mapping a domain that you own — linking to your subdomain is the way to bring booking pages into your site.

Changing the subdomain

There is no control for changing the organisation username or subdomain in the interface. If the assigned address is wrong or needs to change, contact support.
