Building a collection takes four moves: create it, fill it with events, design its public page, and share it. Create the events first — the collection references them.

Create the collection

1. Open Collections, click New Collection, fill in the form, and click Create & add events.
2. The Add Events step opens straight away. Click to add an event, pick it in Choose an event, and repeat with Add another event for the rest. Click Finish when you are done, or Skip for now to add events later.
3. In Settings → Details, set the name and visibility (Public or Private). Social Sharing on the same tab is the image, title, and description that appear when the collection link is shared.

Add events

For a collection that already exists, open it and go to Settings → Events. Click Add events, pick the event in Choose an event, and put the events in the order the public page should show them. Add and remove events at any time; each keeps its own tickets, capacity, and settings, and its own booking page stays live, so an event can belong to a collection and still be shared on its own.

One event can belong to several collections at once, for example a private view that sits in both a fair week collection and a VIP programme collection. Add it to each collection in turn, either from the Add Events step when you create a new collection or from Settings → Events on one you already have. It stays one event: tickets, capacity, and guests are shared across every collection it is in. The only limit is that an event can appear once per collection.

Tip: For a fair week, put the events in the order guests experience them (preview first, public days after), not the order you created them.

Design the public page

Settings → Landing Page opens the full-screen designer. See Collection pages.

Share it

From the collection’s Promote page:

• for a public collection, copy its public link or download its QR code for print — a private collection has neither, so share a personal invitation or a collection booking link instead;
• set Social Sharing under Settings → Details before you post the link, so the preview matches the programme (see Collection pages);
• create collection links: named, trackable links, one per channel, each tagging the bookings it brings in;
• invite guests to the whole collection in one go: one invitation covering the events in it, each guest picking the ones they want — and from there their individual event choices behave as normal bookings.

After completing a booking from a collection, the guest’s confirmation page shows a Book Another Event button that returns them to the collection page to choose another event. This button appears only when the booking came from a collection; standalone event bookings do not show it. You will not see this button anywhere in the admin interface, only on the public confirmation page guests see after booking.

Watch the responses

The collection’s Guestlist shows everyone across every event in it, with the same search, filters, statuses, and downloads as an event guest list. Collection invitations sit here too.
