Organisation Settings
All plans Admins only
Settings is your organisation’s back office: profile, design, team, contacts, billing, payments, and developer access, each in its own section. Organisation admins can see it; everything your guests encounter — your name, your logo, the email they reply to — starts here.
The sections
| Section | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Info | Your public profile: name, logo, support email, socials, terms, event defaults, and tracking. |
| Design Pro & Expert | Booking page branding and ticket/wallet pass designs. See Branding and Ticket design. |
| Team Members | Who can sign in, and their roles. See Teams. |
| Contacts Pro & Expert | Your contact book and lists. See Contacts and guest data. |
| Mailing List | Guests who opted in to hear from you; export as CSV. |
| Billing | Your plan, credits, and invoices. See Billing and credits. |
| Payouts | Where money from paid tickets goes: connect Stripe once, and choose whether guests receive Stripe’s email receipt. See Integrations. |
| Terminals | Card readers for selling and checking in at the door. |
| Developer Expert | API tokens and webhooks. See Integrations. |
The Info section
Info is the one to fill in first — its details flow into every booking page and email your organisation ever sends, so one careful pass here saves editing each event later.
- Name — what guests see across your booking pages and emails.
- Company logo — the default logo on your event pages.
- Support email and social links — how guests reach you.
- Terms of service — your own terms, shown to guests where relevant.
- Event defaults — the time and date formats applied when you create an event. Changing them does not rewrite existing events.
- Tracking pixels — your Meta Pixel ID, used only on events where Enable Tracking Pixels is switched on, and always subject to guest cookie consent.
- ONE Pass — when the control is available for your organisation, whether guests can add tickets to ONE Pass.
- Deactivate organisation — removes the organisation from app navigation. Deactivation cannot be undone from this page, so treat it as final: contact support if you need access restored.
