How it fits together

You create an event — an opening, a preview, a talk — give it dates, capacity, and tickets, and publish it to its own booking page. Guests reach that page in two ways: personally, through an invitation sent to them by name, or openly, through a booking link shared on your site, in your newsletter, or on a poster. Every response lands on the same live guest list, and on the day, that list is what you check guests in against — from a phone, a tablet, or a QR scanner.

That is the whole loop. Everything else builds on it:

• Collections group events into a programme you can share with a single link.
• Portals let partners — exhibitors, sponsors, friends of the gallery — invite their own guests from an allocation you control.
• Branding dresses your booking pages, emails, and tickets in your own identity.
