Teams
All plans
Few events are run alone. Your team — your organisation on ARTSVP — is the shared workspace for events, guests, and settings, and this page covers bringing colleagues into it: inviting them, choosing their roles, and working across more than one team. How many members you can add depends on your plan: 3 on Free, 10 on Pro, 25 on Expert.
Inviting team members Admins only
- Go to Settings → Team Members.
- Invite a teammate by email and choose their role.
- The invitation waits as pending until they accept it. They should sign up with the same email address that received the invite.
One thing to be aware of: an invitation is tied to the address it was sent to. To use a different address, cancel the pending invite and send a new one.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything, including settings, billing, and team management. |
| Event Manager | Create and run events and manage their guests. |
| Booking Manager | Manage bookings and guests on events. |
| Check-in only | See the guest list and check guests in. Nothing else. |
Assign the least powerful role that covers the person’s work — and remember that roles apply per organisation, so the same person can be an Admin in one team and Check-in only in another.
Tip: Before a busy opening, add door staff as Check-in only members. They get the live list and nothing they can accidentally change.
Organisation members and event members
An organisation member has access across every event in the organisation. An event member Pro & Expert is attached to specific events only — useful for a partner or freelancer who should see one event and nothing else. Event members can hold the Event Manager, Booking Manager, or Check-in only role.
Working with multiple teams
You can belong to several organisations with one account, and switch between them (and their spaces) from the switcher in the sidebar. Each organisation is fully separate: its own events, guests, settings, plan, and billing. To start another team, create a new organisation — the form is the same one you used at signup.
