Insights
All plans
Insights is an event’s live reporting page: how invitations are converting, how much of your capacity is filled, who actually turned up, and what you took. Open an event and choose Insights — the page follows the event through its whole life, from the first send to the post-event report.
A page that follows the event
The page keeps the same shape throughout, and a pill at the top tells you where the event is: a countdown while it is still to come, Live while doors are open, and Post-event afterwards. The headline figures change to suit the phase — response and capacity in the run-up, check-ins and attendance on the day. Choose which figures sit in the headline row from the stats menu.
The figures
| Figure | What it means |
|---|---|
| Confirmed guests | People with a place, including plus-ones. |
| Invites sent | Invitations that have gone out. |
| Response rate | Guests who have responded, as a share of everyone on the guest list. The denominator is the whole guest list, not only invited people. |
| Capacity filled | Confirmed guests as a share of total capacity across all bookable slots. Shows ∞ when the event has no capacity limit. |
| Checked in | Guests recorded as arrived. |
| Attendance rate | Checked-in guests as a share of confirmed guests. |
| Walk-ins | Guests checked in at the door with no prior booking. |
| No shows | Confirmed guests who never arrived. |
| Revenue | Ticket and extras income for the event. Appears on events that sell paid tickets. |
| Average guest count | Confirmed guests divided by confirmed bookings — how many people a typical booking brings. |
| Plus-one turnout | The share of added +1 guests who actually arrived. |
One thing to be aware of when reading response rate: because it measures the whole guest list, guests who arrived through a booking link sit in the denominator even though they had no invitation to answer. On an invitation-led private view the figure tells you whether the outreach landed; on an event promoted by link it will always look low, by design. Group bookings count every guest, so one exhibitor bringing four people counts as four.
The chart
Below the figures, a cumulative chart plots invitations, confirmed guests, or check-ins over time, so you can see when your audience responded and whether a push landed. Switch metric and timeframe from the tabs above the chart.
Insights covers one event. For figures across a programme, export from the space or collection guest list — see Reporting and exports.
