Every event gets its own page on your artsvp.com address, with your picture as its banner. Send it to a friend, put it in your bio or your newsletter: it previews with your image and title in WhatsApp and iMessage.

Sell workshop places, classes and performances through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you. Guests pay by card, with Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

Every preview, private view and fair-week party begins somewhere quieter: a studio, a person, and a body of work waiting to be seen. We spend our days building tools for the galleries and fairs that show that work. Founding Artists is how we look after the people who make it.
It sits alongside ARTSVP Studios and the rest of what we do for artists, supporting the roots of the arts and not only its big nights. Our reasoning is simple, and a little romantic: the more artists we support, the more art gets made; the more art gets made, the more doors open; and the more doors open, the more people walk through them.

How much does ARTSVP cost?
£49 a month, or £468 a year if you pay annually (£39 a month), with every feature on this page and 250 confirmed guest bookings a month. If a busy weekend goes past that, each extra guest uses one credit, at £0.49. And each season we give a free year to a group of Founding Artists.
Billing and credits ↗I work on my own. Is ARTSVP too much?
Not at all. Most artists on ARTSVP run everything themselves: one booking page, a guest list on their phone and a mailing list that grows with each event. When there are more of you, add up to 10 team members, and give a friend on the door a check-in-only login.
How do I get paid for tickets?
Connect your Stripe account, or set one up, from Settings → Payouts. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account. ARTSVP’s booking fee (5%) applies to paid bookings only, and Stripe’s processing fees are separate. Refunds are made in Stripe.
Payouts and integrations ↗Do I get my own web address?
Yes. Your studio gets its own address, like taliagolchin.artsvp.com, made from your organisation’s name when you sign up. Every event page lives under it, and the address itself shows the events you’ve chosen to feature, so it works as the one link in your bio. You can’t choose it yourself, but if yours needs to change, write to us.
Your ARTSVP address ↗Can I keep my studio address private?
Yes. Mark the location as private and your booking page shows “Private Location”. Guests only see the address once their booking is confirmed, on their confirmation and their ticket.
Private locations ↗Can people book studio visits in time slots?
Yes. Add the times you’re free and guests choose one. Set how many people each slot takes, one-to-one if you like, and stop bookings a set time before each visit, and approve every request before it’s confirmed.
Appointments and studio visits ↗Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests book from your page in a few taps and get their ticket by email, with a QR code, a Wallet pass and add-to-calendar links.
Can I keep in touch with the people who come?
Yes, and that’s half the point. Your booking page can ask guests to join your mailing list as they book, and you can export it for your newsletter whenever you like. Everyone who books also lands in Contacts with their history, so next time you can invite your collectors by name.

Yes. Make an event private: there’s no public link, and guests book through the booking link you send them. You can add a password they enter before they see the page, send personal invitations with tracked replies, and approve every request.

Our way of backing artists: each season we give a free year of ARTSVP to a group of artists who apply. Tell us about your practice and what you’d like to host, and we reply to everyone.
Founding Artists ↓A gallery or fair has given me a portal. Do I need a plan?
No. Claim the portal with an ARTSVP account and invite your guests from the allocation they’ve given you. You’ll be alerted when your guests book and when they arrive.
Using your portal ↗What if nobody comes?
Then it costs you nothing extra. A free ticket never carries a booking fee, and credits only pay for guests beyond your monthly allowance, so go ahead and try the small evening first.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Every account starts with a 7-day trial, so you can set up your first event and see the booking page working before your first payment.
